Before that, she was VP of People at Built In, hired post-Series C to build the function from the ground up through over 200% global headcount growth.

Kelly is a certified Conscious Leadership coach and works with executives and leadership teams on the factors that determine whether strategy actually gets executed: how teams operate, how leaders show up, and whether the right people are in the right roles.
